Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Await Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
